EXP Realty: It's a Good Time for Restaurant Real Estate

"It's a good time for franchisees," said Rob James, president of EXP Realty Advisors, about those operators looking to sell their real estate.  He said a franchisee's deal size is within a lot of buyers' reach.  "Deals under $3 million are pretty much cash deals.  Under $1 million, almost always."
